Right of
Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered into your possession, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed by Article 29 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača, "Official Gazette of RS", No. 35/2026-3).

Make an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. The simplest way is to complete the withdrawal form below — download it as a PDF or copy its text — and send it to order@cosmo-paw.com (or by post to the atelier address). Your statement is timely if it is sent before the 14-day period expires; you do not need to wait for our reply.

• Returning the goods: return the items to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you sent your withdrawal notice. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you (Article 36 of the Consumer Protection Act).
• Your refund: we refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the original delivery (except any additional cost if you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard option), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.
• How the refund is paid: the refund is made using the same means of payment you used; where a refund to the original card is not possible, it is paid to the bank account (IBAN) you provide on the form. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
• Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods — in particular items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (bespoke pieces). The full list is in Article 7.6 of the General Terms.
